Who are we?

ABOUT ME

Hello, my name is Shaylene! I am a Cree woman from Treaty 6, mother, and future real estate professional committed to transforming the housing landscape for my people. I carry the resilience of my ancestors and the responsibility to create a better future for my children and the next 7 generations. I will use my lived experiences of poverty and community decline not as setbacks, but as fuel to uplift, educate, and empower. Through Indigenous-led representation in housing, I will help reclaim our spaces, restore our dignity, and rebuild futures rooted in culture, connection, and strength.

Our Mission

Our work is guided by the seven generations principle, honoring those before us while building stability and ownership for the generations to come. By equipping Indigenous families with knowledge, resources, and confidence, we create long-term housing sovereignty, community resilience, and generational wealth.

To provide Indigenous women and families with accessible, culturally grounded education on housing, credit, and financial systems—so they can move from confusion to clarity and from survival to ownership.

Our Vision

To build Indigenous-led real estate brokerages across Canada and create pathways for our people to reclaim land, ownership, identity, and generational wealth.

This initiative is not just education, it’s a bridge between lived experience, culture, and systemic empowerment. It addresses gaps that mainstream programs overlook and strengthens Indigenous communities with practical tools for today and the next seven generations.
